A&C Shirtmakers

The Catalonia’s Minister of Industry and the Viladecans’ Mayor visit A&C SHIRTMAKERS' factory. The Catalonia’s Minister of Industry, Mr. Josep Huguet, and the Viladecans Mayor, Mr. Carles Ruiz, visited last February A&C SHIRTMAKERS’ workshop. The Company, which is dedicated to top quality male shirts and pyjamas and female shirts production, exports its products to 12 different countries. During the visit, Mr. Huguet introduced A&C SHIRTMAKERS as an example of success on Nex-pipe’s program, due to the Company has managed to multiply by 20 its exports in just 2 years. This Program has been activated by The Catalonia’s Government in order to promote Catalan exports. Nowadays, A&C SHIRTMAKERS covers markets like The USA, Mexico, Venezuela, Japan, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, France and Portugal. Together with the company’s Chief Manager, Mr. Juan Vicente Arnau, the Minister and the Mayor visited the workshop where Arnau shirts and blouses are produced and had a meeting with the workers and the Company’s management. A&C SHIRTMAKERS, a familiar enterprise founded in 1930, started in 2006 the international commercialization of its products. The Company received recognition for its activity last year with the Competitiveness’ award of Catalonia’s Government.
